The Chalmers Foundation is hosting a raffle to support Therapeutic Services at Horizon Health Networks Doctor Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. The draw date is December 15^th.  We have brought extra tickets to sell at the Gift Wrap booth!  

Tickets are $5 for one ballot, and $20 for five ballots. The ballots are stapled into packs of five. If someone wishes to purchase these ballots, they can pay with cash or on the tap the machine.
